The father refused to believe the villagers until his tenth spouse died. The village began to blame the child for these deaths, saying that the child was a freak and was working for death. The father did not blame the child for this, but every time the father tried to remarry, his spouses died of mysterious circumstances. When the child was born, his mother died. Nightshade is actually a softie, and has gotten attached to XD. He usually stays to himself, avoiding contact with others. Not much is known about Nightshade's personality. He can usually be found outside, as he likes to breathe in the fresh air of the outside world. When he gets nervous or anxious, his tail will wrap around him, which will convey his mood. Usually he will just make a chittering or chirping noise, if he doesn't know you that well or if he is feeling too many emotions at once. He is very quiet not speaking to people, unless you are one of the people he gets attached to. He is very loyal to the people that he gets attached to and if they get hurt, then everyone should immediately evacuate the vicinity. He is very secretive about his past, not one to tell others how he grew up. He doesn't come off as friendly from his looks, but if you talk to him, then he might share some friendly advice. He is a serious individual, not much for telling jokes.
